hello, I had one rhinoplasty over two years ago, I wanted to shave a little hump I had but since the cast removal I hated the result. as you can see my tip was a lot bigger before and natural and I think it was more suitable for my face. is there any chance to restore my original nose look (mainly giving the tip the volume it had back and also enlarge the nostrils) I would appreciate your advice. thank you!
