I can't find any information online about what this hump or line is protruding from the "tip" of my nose is. Is it bent cartilage? Is it my septum? My septum is deviated but could something else be causing my breathing issues along with the disfigured nose tip and different size/shaped nostrils? I am looking to get a consultation soon but I would like have some information prior. The pictures are the same photo with different lighting. Any feedback would be appreciated.
