Hello everyone, I have had asymmetrical eyes since i can remember (around the age of 10). After taking a closer look, I believe an option like eyelid surgery can help them become more symmetrical but not completely. Or are there procedures to correct this? I have included pictures.

Sleep will help! (Easier said than done for mothers, I know.) Filler to the tear troughs and an eye-brightening cream would help. For a long term effect, fat grafting and Co2 laser resurfacing to the lower eyelids would provide a beautiful result.
Dear Dandun25
Thank you for your question .When exophthalamos is present one can usually see the white around the iris in the frontal view and this is not apparent in your case. I dont think you have exophthalamos .
I hope this helps
