Do I have exophthalmos - or something else? (photos)

Hello. I’ve noticed that my eyes on side profile looks very bulgy but it looks normal with front profile. I don’t know if I should be worried about this? I am in my early 20s. My lower eyelid is very low, you can see a lot of my eye. Is it both eyes? Ive googled and exophthalmos is the only answer that comes up. Could it be something else? I am also curious about my eye asymmetry. Is it normal or does it indicate something else? Thanks.

There are several techniques available for correction of epicanthal folds, possibly with upper blepharoplasty; they are all based on "Z" plasty pattern. In person consultation with a board certified plastic or oculoplastic surgeon is recommended. Good luck.
