Hello, generally speaking 200cc is a cup size. It depends on what bra size you are currently as it will help determine what size implants you should get to become a full C. Best of luck to you.
After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size breast implants. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon' s experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Women tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what is right for them. You would benefit more from a lift than implants. The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
I would suggest meeting with a plastic surgeon and being measured and examined. Your two breasts are not identical. During the consultation, you can try on a range of sizes to see what size you do like. Please do not chose implants too large or you will sag again.
Cup size seems to be highly subjective and it’s not an accurate way of communicating breast size. From your pictures, I would not guess you are a bee cup, but would think you would fit more properly into a full C cup. Each plastic surgeon will have their own way of guiding patients through the implant selection process. Some plastic surgeons will have patience make the final decision regarding implant size while other plastic surgeons will make the final decision based on input from the patient. It’s a really important decision That needs to be done as accurately as possible. Some plastic surgeons do this better than others.I don’t think it’s appropriate to give you guidance regarding implant size without an in person consultation.Best,Mats Hagstrom MD
From the photos it appears you are healing normally from surgery. It takes many months for scars to mature, soften, and fade. If the scars seem too obtrusive it's typically recommended to wait at least a year from surgery before considering surgical scar revision. Speak with your surgeon...
Many kidney patients have surgery, especially with shunts and transplants, and do well with anesthesia. You will need a medical clearance from your nephrologist and the amount of IV fluids given may need to be restricted depending upon your function. Anesthesia is way down the list on causing...
You have some bottoming out and probably have some lateral displacement. this can be fixed surgically if desired. Otherwise, wear a good supporting underwire bra.
