I'm one year postop breast lift with implants. I believe they're 450 or 480 cc each. I had pretty severe sagging and I'm so blessed. My doctor was able to do a lollipop incision versus an anchor.

I would suggest meeting with a plastic surgeon and being measured and examined. Your two breasts are not identical. During the consultation, you can try on a range of sizes to see what size you do like. Please do not chose implants too large or you will sag again.
