Did my breasts bottom out? I am 1 year post-op from breast lift with implants (Photo)

Thank you for your photos. It does not appear that your breasts have bottom out. Your breast shape and contour look excellent and your nipple/areolar complex looks to be in the proper position.

Always best to check with your surgeon, if possible, as your surgeon knows how you started and what was done. Hello, thank you for your photos and question! Your breast does not appear to be bottoming out. You may have some droop with just time. I would recommend wearing a bra as much as possible to help prevent sag. You look great, best of luck!

Thank you for your inquiry! They do not look bottomed out. After a lift with implants, you are free to go with or without a bra. But going without any support will cause you breast to be weighted down and at some point you will need another lift. Schedule a consult with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon to help you reach your goals.

You have some bottoming out which is not uncommon with women who started with very stretched out breasts. do wear good supporting bras. If need, go somewhat smaller and use mesh for better support.

It’s not unusual for patients to develop some postoperative sagging after breast lift surgery with implants.
Sometimes revision procedure is indicated.
The revision rate for lifts with implants is actually quite high.
Follow up with your provider and discuss your concerns with him or her.
To make an accurate assessment regarding the outcome of any plastic surgery procedure, we generally need to see a complete set of proper before and after pictures.
Assessing your outcome without knowing what you look like before surgery is a bit limited.
If you don’t have a set of before, and after pictures, then ask your surgeon to provide the pictures they took.
