Can I make my nose bigger? (Photos)

At the one year mark after your previous rhinoplasty you could have a revision with addition of cartilage grafts from your septum and probably also requiring rib cartilage which could restore your profile and some of the width of the tip.  You cannot completely recreate your old nose but could make a major improvement.

I can see your concerns about your rhinoplasty result. I recommend that you have a consultation with a board-certified facial plastic surgeon who specializes and has vast experience in revision rhinoplasty. Please do your homework and your surgeon carefully If you choose to have your concerns addressed. There’s a good chance that a rib graft will be required to repair who nose.  I would not plan on having surgery until you are one year out from your primary rhinoplasty. The good news is that improvements to your is definitely achievable That will make your nose look better and more natural.
