I had primary rhinoplasty in November and I am devastated by the outcome. I chose a top doctor on realself to do my surgery so I assumed I would be happy with he outcome but he made it way too small. Is there any hope of fixing my nose and making it look more natural? I also attached a before picture. I just want my nose to be as close to before as possible
