Hi, thank you for your question.  Liposuction will help with the pinchable fat in abdominal area for sure. However, you need to keep in mind the purpose is not to remove all of this fat.  This will give you a flatter abdomen but not an hourglass figure.  You may benefit from liposuction of love handles and waist area to achieve a small waist.  This can give you the curvier look.  You may also want to look into some fat transfer to the hip and buttock area which may give the hourglass look you are looking for.
