Do I have too low body fat for liposuction?

rpmerkle
24 year old male that struggles with fat area in the thigh, hip. I decided to save for liposuction, and have been hitting the gym 5 times a week and cleaned up my diet. I slashed my body fat 4%. Problem is I am having this lipo in 2 wks and my hips/thighs FINALLY started to give into my fitter lifestyle and slim out. Terrified the doc won't take out enough because there is less fat & if I ever do gain weight in the future it will baloon up again. Should I go off diet to try to "plump" the areas?
