You have to be patient with local wound care to allow that area to heal. This will eventually heal and it is likely you will need a scar revision to produce a more aesthetic outcome.  However, this will likely take several weeks to close.Continue to follow up with your surgeon to ensure that you progress as planned.

Most importantly here, is that you need to follow with your PS to manage this.  Since implants have been placed, it is paramount that you manage this correctly so that the implants are not at risk.Normally, cultures are taken, antibiotics are administered, and healing occurs over time without need for re-operation.  Stay in touch with your plastic surgeon and follow instructions diligently.I believe that this will heal uneventfully.
