Have my breast implants bottomed out i am 7 weeks post op , I had a lift and implant with 315 cc implant, I feel my implant has dropped and am unhappy with the over all look, please advise
Answer: Breast Lift with Implants Thanks for the question. 7 weeks is too early to say something. 6-12 months is enough time to see the permanent results for the breast lift with implants operation. I wish you all the best.

Answer: Unhappy with result after breast augmenation and lift due to sagging You have very large breasts, and unfortunately the weight of the breasts will always pull them down, even with another lift. Implants do not sag like native breast tissue, so one option is to increase the size of the implants and remove more breast tissue. In general if your breast without implants is larger than a C cup, gravity will take over, and with large breasts, you have to accept some breast tissue hanging below the fold.

Answer: Lower pole fullness In general you seem to have healed well. The nipples are in good position but the lower pole may have stretched somewhat. Give it up to at least 6 months to see the full effect and follow with your surgeon. On occasion the lower pole may need to be tightened again to get the best effect. Thjis may require longer incisions though.

Answer: Your breast tissue is saging I am sorry that your results are not what you were expecting. Please send before pictures for better evaluation. You do have early sagging and it may get worse with time. It is too early to discuss revision. Please wait at least three months and then discuss your options with your surgeon.

Answer: Breast lift sagging You actually appear to have a nice result in that your nipple is eve later and in good position and your Breast shape is nice. I don't have a pre op picture to compare, so i don't know where your breasts started so I can't comment on improvement. We all want our Breasts to stay up high and never need to wear a bra, unfortunately with Breasts the size of yours, they will not stay up high. The bigger they are, the more they descend over time. The reason most large breasted nude models pose on their backs is those large breasts do not stay up. Your nipple is up where it is supposed to be, and while it is possible to retighten the lower portion of your breasts, I suspect within two months they will re stretch to their current position. If you were willing to remove your implants and be smaller, then yes your breasts could be tightened somewhat and would definitely be higher. I would give it another month but honestly if they stay where they are, this is an excellent result for breasts this size.
