What's the best way to resolve constipation 4 days after a Tummy Tuck?

Hi there, I'm 4dpo and feel myself getting "full" down there. I am eating very soft foods and am taking a laxative and stool softener at least daily. I also just tried a glycerine suppository with no luck. Any tips?
