I accidentally had blueberry juice 5 days before my operation. Is this safe or will my blood be thin?

Let your surgeon know but unless you consumed a very large amount it should be fine. Best of luck! 

If you didn’t drink too much, then it should be fine. However, please let your surgeon know just in case.
