Dear Steve319Thank you for your question! There were HA fillers used for breast augmentation in Europe and the UK. They have not been approved for this use in North America. They have associated problems and last for 1 year. With Warm RegardsTrevor M Born MD
No, fillers can not be used for breast augmentation, but fat transfer can give improvement. Harvesting is important to fat transfer. Yes, I use water-assisted fat harvesting which gives pure fat to transfer and combine with platelet rich plasma (PRP) to get the most viable and sustainable fat cells. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with an expert. Best, Dr. Emer
The procedure called Vampire Breast Lift is a treatment to add volume to the breast close to the cleavage area and PRP and hyaluronic fillers are used to augment the area, it is not a substitute for augmenting the whole breast, for that you may want to try fat transfer.
Hyaluronic acid fillers are not an option for breast enlargement, but if you’re interested in less invasive options than breast implants, you might consult a cosmetic surgeon about the possibility of breast enhancement via fat transfer. Just keep in mind that if you want a more dramatic increase in breast volume or would like to address the position of your breasts (i.e. sagging), a breast augmentation or lift might be a better choice in the long run.

In your photos you have a full volumized face so the addition of more volume will not provide a less rounded appearance. Slimming your lower face is possible with buccal fat pad reduction and contouring your jawline with liposuction. Then judicious placement of filler in the cheeks.can be...
Hi Lilly593, Please don't worry. All of us have facial asymmetry one way or the other. Botox can be used to even up the eyes and also decrease the masseter size on one side. That being said, please visit a dentist who can correct your jaw and bite. Fillers can help with your lips as well. All t...
Off label usage of an HA dermal filler such as Restylane Lyft or Voluma might really help. See an expert. Dr. Aldo
Fillers can often absorb water in the first few days causing lumps or irregularities. I suggest applying Plato's Bruise Balm twice daily for a few days after injecting my patients. If the filler lumps do not resolve, then a small injection of Hylenex usually can correct an HA filler that is ...
