Is there a “feet filler” for top of the foot?

Question

I have very bony and veiny feet. Always have since I was young (I’m 30 currently). My feet look so gross that I can’t wear flats, flip flops, or pumps - literally anything that exposes my feet. While I’ve seen fillers on the market that help with padding in the soles of the feet to prevent soreness, I was wondering if there’s something that can help “plump up” the tops and sides of my feet?

Yes, filler is definitely able to treat these concerns. Filler is placed in the hands regularly to soften the appearance of bones/veins and can be used in the feet in just the same way.
