How can I make my face look less round and flat? (Photos)

Yes, fillers properly placed should add to your natural beauty.  I would treat your with Voluma on your cheek bones.  There are other treatments that can be done after Voluma treatment depending on how you respond.  
Your job to choose your injecting physician most carefully based on their experience, skill, knowledge, and most importantly their natural artistic vision.  You should look great, but your treatment results should not look obviously plastic.  Good luck and be well.

In your photos you have a full volumized face so the addition of more volume will not provide a less rounded appearance. Slimming your lower face is possible with buccal fat pad reduction and contouring your jawline with liposuction. Then judicious placement of filler in the cheeks.can be considered.  

Symmetry and contouring of the face can be improved with well-placed fillers (Voluma, Radiesse, Bellafill) and Sculptra. Fat or implants are alternatives. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a facial sculpting expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Face shape, symmetry and proportion can be improved using a combination of Botox/Dysport and fillers. For example, fillers can be placed into the midface/cheeks and chin to improve cheekbone definition and chin projection while Botox/Dysport can be injected into the masseters to reduce muscle bulk and to slim the lower face. The combination treatment gives the face a more heart shaped shape. 

First, you already have very nice facial proportions. You do have some flattening over the malar (cheekbone) area, which is most apparent in the lateral view. Many patients benefit from increasing volume in this area.
