What do you suggest to make my face more feminine and attractive? (photos)

Age 40. Ethnicity is Maltese & Albanian. Have had 2 rhinoplasties and planning on ear reduction but interested to hear what other procedures are recommended and if filler can be used to change shape of face and soften my harsh features.

FFS for the female! You will not get femininization from doing ear surgery-skip it! I would create better facial balance and attractiveness with an Irregular Trichophytic Forehead Hairline Lowering with Browlift, a Chin Reduction and Contouring, a Rhinoplasty Revision for your long and large nose. These should be done by a VERY experienced FFS surgeon who can show you dozens of natural results

you need a combination of skincare/ peels and you can do cosmelan or enlighten at home now (see link to emeragecosmetics.com where we do free skincare consults daily.  Although with long term tightening, fillers for contouring.  Face tite is great for neck contouring see my IGTV stories on this and youtube.  there are so many options! 
For facial rejuvenation, 
1) skin care with products and PRP/microneedling
2) PDT light therapy few times a month with growth factors
3) laser treatments like clear and brilliant regularly and a few times a year Fraxel/halo Viva, Co2/Erbium
4) Sculptra injections a few times a year for collagen production with fillers like juvederm/restylane/belotero/radiesse/bellafill
5) thermage/ultherapy for yearly skin tightening with or without PDO or cone based instalift threads for lifting
6) botox every 2-3 months to stop movement lines and prevent lines at rest
7) deep microneedling RF like Fractora/morpheus8 for tightening of the skin
8) Vascular laser like vbeam/excel V or BBL forever young treatment every quarter (3-4 months)

From the picture it appears that you have typical signs of aging in terms of dissent deflation and degradation. As we age we go from a triangular face to a more square predisposition. Injection of the masseter’s may help however it may also worsen your pre-existing condition.
In such cases it is always good to consider a facelift. However this comes with significant downtime.
If surgical Is not an option - I think you would be a good candidate (from what I see in the picture) for the five dimensions skin lift as it addresses all five dimensions of skin aging and skin decent.
Even with surgery you would not be addressing loss of volume and deflation in the mid cheek so for this reason i would recommend dermal fillers. From the picture you submitted, you have a great canvas to work with. Putting in cheek filler and botox brow lift would really help shape and frame your face. You may also need some Filler in the chin and jaw area to help elongate the face. I think somewhere between 6-10 syringes would help greatly. I think the results are best if done over a couple of sessions to help the filler integrate properly
Finally for skin tightening and to avoid over filling i would recommend a combination of Radio frequency micro needling as well as Accutite.

I disagree with those that want to do surgery to change your face an nose.  Your nose is just fine. You have big great eyes that can be enhanced with make-up. You can soften and feminize brow arch with Botox/Dysport/Xeomin. I would use a filler in your cheeks to make the line across upper cheek the widest part of your face. That will feminize and give you a more sophisticated , less baby face look.

I'm not sure why you think your face is not "feminine" but I think your face shape is beautiful. Sometimes we are our own worst critics. That being said, I think you could consider some tweaks but would enhance your aesthetic. I would look into cheek, lip and laugh line filler as well a Botox or Dysport treatment to soften frown line and give the eyebrows more of an arch. There's absolutely no better way to change the appearance of the face than with the use of the patient's own fat. Just like a sculptor can create any shape out of piece of clay, the plastic surgeon with many years of experience in fat grafting can do the same with fat. By knowing how and where to inject fat the face can be transformed into just about any shape that is desired by the patient. Fat can be injected in to areas as thin as the eyelid, or as thick as the jawline, or the forehead and the cheeks. There is absolutely no area where fat cannot be injected. In my experience I have patients bring photographs where they have drawn their ideal image and most of the time I can recreate just the same with the use of fat.
