Age 40. Ethnicity is Maltese & Albanian. Have had 2 rhinoplasties and planning on ear reduction but interested to hear what other procedures are recommended and if filler can be used to change shape of face and soften my harsh features.

Answer: Facial enhancement with fillers and toxin I disagree with those that want to do surgery to change your face an nose. Your nose is just fine. You have big great eyes that can be enhanced with make-up. You can soften and feminize brow arch with Botox/Dysport/Xeomin. I would use a filler in your cheeks to make the line across upper cheek the widest part of your face. That will feminize and give you a more sophisticated , less baby face look.
