What can I do to improve two sets of smile lines? (photos)

I have two sets of smile lines - one set right around the corners of my lips and another around that. I am incredibly self-conscious about these. What can I do to improve these? I assume fillers are the best option. I was thinking of trying to put on weight (around 10kg). My BMI has been in the severely underweight category since around 14 and I assume this made the lines worse. Any advice would be appreciated.

The outer lines you are referring to are known as nasolabial folds and they frequently appear with the smile lines in the corners of the mouth. Both of these folds can be treated using injectable dermal fillers. The filler is administered into the dermal tissue to restore support and smooth away the lines from the inside out. 6) botox every 2-3 months to stop movement lines and prevent lines at rest
7) deep microneedling RF like Fractora/morpheus8 for tightening of the skin
8) Vascular laser like vbeam/excel V or BBL forever young treatment every quarter (3-4 months)

A collagen stimulating filler like Sculptra Aesthetic should help with the volume loss. The laugh lines themselves could then be injected with an HA gel filler like Restylane Refyne or Restylane Defyne.
