I've had an uneven smile and uneven smile lines all my life. How can I make my face more symmetrical?

I hope to pinpoint the cause and make my face more symmetrical. I haven't had any severe trauma to my face and I'm still fairly young. I think it's due to genetics but I havent seen a family member with a similar problem.

It is unlikely anyone else would notice the asymmetries you are referring to in your photos. Keep in mind that we all have some asymmetry - if everything was perfectly balanced, the face might actually look unnatural! However, if yours bothers you, botox and fillers can help with the asymmetry. I encourage you to schedule an assessment with a board-certified dermatologist who has had extensive training in injectable fillers. The right doctor and a personalized treatment plan should provide you with a very good outcome.

You have a minor smile asymmetry which I think is within normal limits. Personally, I would not try to correct it. However, if it really bothers you, expert placement of a small amount of filler may help with the lip asymmetry.

We all have asymmetry to some degree.  Yours is slight and within normal limits.  If it is bothersome to you I encourage you to visit with a board certified plastic surgeon.  Facial fillers can be used to help address the concerns you have.
