I have been seeing Dr. Sajic for 5 years for a variety of cosmetic procedures (Botox/Dysport, fillers, skin boosters, lasers, microneedling, and Sylfirm). I have also used his skincare, Sajic Skin, for the last year, and would never be without it. He is an extraordinary dermatologist who does impeccable work. I consistently get compliments on my skin and am told I look far younger than my age. (I was recently carded while buying wine, and am in my early 40s!) I credit Dr. Sajic for the condition of my skin and can recommend him without reservation.
I have had the most positive experience at Derma Skin Institute! Dr. Sajic and the nurses treat all their patients with the most respect and care. I had my scar revision surgery by Dr. Sajic recently and before my procedure he explained and satisfied me. Had more of my treatments left with them. Hopeful for great results. Highly recommend Dr.Sajic and Derma Skin Institute! Thanks
Dr. Sajic is an excellent Dermatologist! Have been to several other Dermatologists that have been good but this Dr. far exceeds with the attention and time he allows for the patient to understand his/her condition in order to make a decision on the best treatment options...Highly recommend this Dermatologist!!!
Dr Sajic is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain the procedures. He thoroughly explained the different options and ensured that I knew the pros and cons so that I could make an informed decision.
I had my lips done at this clinic and I have never been more happy with the way I look! I feel like I can finally be the confident in public. This doctors is an artist and he listened to every excruciating detail I gave him and executed perfectly. If you are looking for someone who is going to give you exactly what you want. Go here.
Went to have C02 to remove au damage and RF Microneedling to refresh eyes and remove a pretty serious under eye bag on one eye The C02 sun damage seems to have lightened. I am undecided about the Microneedling however, I still ha e two more treatments for go. Follow up to come
Thank you so much for your question. Before I get to the answer it is always best to remember that nothing replaces an in person consultation and treatment with a board certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon. Only they have rigorous training and rigorous examinations that ensure that you’re getting the absolute best. You wouldn’t want anyone other than a cardiac surgeon working on your heart and you should have same standards for your cosmetic procedures. The plan and treatment or only as good as the person performing them. Festoons are very hard to remove completely, but they can be improved on. Usually for optimal results a combination approach is the best. From what I see in the photos, I think continuing hyaluronidase and adding accutite and morpheus8 would be the best first starting point. Co2 laser and doxycycline injections is what we add on if patients want even more improvement. Finally biostimulatory and properly placed lifting filers can be done For a more personalized approach, I would recommend an in person or virtual 3d assessment. Good luck and happy to help.
Thank you very much for your question. It is important to remember that any device is only as good as the person operating it. I would highly recommend that you get assessed by board-certified dermatologist to formulate a plan unique to you Generally speaking it is always best to combine modalities when treating acne scarring - Especially if they are deep or if there are different types of scars. In our clinic we most frequently recommend a combination of resurfacing (radiofrequency vs laser) with subcision and dermal filler placement. Occasionally we may also recommended certain scars be excised In general it is always best to start with subcision if that’s what’s needed. This is because subcision can sometimes leave post inflammatory hyperpigmentation that the laser or radio frequency can help heal faster. However many of our patients have budget restrictions so we have to formulate a plan with that in mind as well. If this is the issue we most frequently start with radio frequency microneedling as it tends to give the most benefit with the minimal risk With regards to your question on subcision it also Depends on what type is going to be used - there are many ways to do it!! We have recently posted an educational video on the different types of subcision on our Instagram. You can check it out at your own leisure Good luck and happy to help
Thanks for your question Actually for optimal Results you actually want combine the two modalities. If you have to take one to start with I would definitely recommend morpheus. Radio frequency microneedling is really becoming the gold standard in treating acne scarring However even more important than itself is who’s performing it. There’s so much variability and operator variance. Do you wanna make sure you’re Cena board-certified Dermatologist.
We are now lucky that we live in a time where we have lots of options were truly noninvasive that reduction in body contouring in skin tightening Coolsculpting is still a great option but I find it’s one of the older ones and there are some new interesting options that I think work better in general for several reasons 1. Step deformities. Some patients that had cool sculpting Experience Raging at the edges of wire coolsculpting was. This is because cooling that’s not premier evenly throughout and only cools in the area where the applicator was applied. So you will lose fat where the application was And as a result get a depression in that area. Doesn’t happen and everybody but there are definitely patients that experience this. We don’t see this with radiofrequency or heat assisted lipolysis - evolve, vshape, juvashape, among others 2. Targets only fat and has no effect on muscle or skin tightening. Looking at your pictures You don’t have a lot of fat there that’s clearly visible. As such you may actually benefit from muscle stimulation as well! EMsculpt or evolve tone/ trim Would likely for this reason to be a better option for you 3 Efficacy. Coolsculpting has up to 25% reduction in sight with the treatments. Newer generation radiofrequency assisted fat removal system set up words of 35% reduction in thought based on clinical studies. For the above mentioned reasons I do find that there are better technologies out there than cool sculpting when it comes to noninvasive body contouring. You may want to see a clinic that has both types of devices And see their thoughts on the matter. I think you will find that most of those clinics well recommend going with the latest generation radiofrequency devices. Especially if they can stimulate muscle contractions at the same time Happy to help and good luck

The plan and treatment or only as good as the person performing them. Looking at your picture I do agree that you have some asymmetry both on the chin and in the lip. Keep in mind however that 99% of the population has some asymmetry to their face. It’s like being left or right hand dominant. Surgery may potentially correct this but typically not 100%. If you’re looking to nonsurgical options I think combination of filler and properly placed Botox would go a long way. However, again It is important to remember that this would be an improvement in the asymmetry not 100% correction. I don’t think your chin is especially long. I think it’s just missing some structure. Adding some volume to the side as well to the tip also help Minimize the asymmetry you see Good luck and happy to help
