I had Gyno surgery in 2015 and a scar release in 2017. The scar was a result of too much lipo on the left. After revision, a new formed scar didn’t fully go away. The left nipple protrudes less than my right side. However the left side has tethering and creates the appearance of a pocket of fat near my underarm. I feel a bit of the scar when I pinch the nipple, though it shrunk over time. The left side overall feels more depressed and has looser skin than the right, which is nicely contoured.
