I would advise you to schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss various treatment options. However, you can get improvement on the dents with fat grafting. I am so sorry you are experiencing this problem. The good news is that correction is certainly surgically possible using the "no-scar armpit (axillary) technique." Unfortunately, judging from the scar around your areola, your procedure was performed open through a peri-areolar incision which often leads to pits and divots. In my practice, I commonly employ the use of very fine cannulas for two purposes: one is to suction residual fat and breast tissue that makes the breast too protrusive, and the other is to transfer fat (usually from the abdomen and flanks) to fill in the pits and divots. By employing this twofold approach, I can create a much smoother chest profile. It is hard to tell for sure without an examination but based on your photos, it looks like you might get improvement with fat transfer in order to correct the dents.
