I have detached cartilage near the tip of my nose, on the right alar .... the tear does not go entirely through the cartilage. It appears to be roughly half way through the cartilage and is on the exterior side of the cartilage... The tear is maybe half a centimeter in length and reaches vertically to the bottom of the nostril. It has caused unfavorable separation and movement to the nose (especially the tip). Can this be reattached by sewing the cartilage together?
