I am 3 weeks post op and I have a very large lump on one side of my nose. I have looked at a lot of reviews and I haven't seen any with a lump this big. Is this just swelling or did I get botched? I also have a lot of dried blood blockage which makes it hard to breath-

For a better recovery I typically will recommend someone to stop smoking about two weeks prior to their surgical procedure. While second hand smoke is harmful, it does not cause the same postoperative adverse effects as smoking yourself. Best wishes!
