Hi, I decided to have a facelift and have my severely hooded upper eyelids removed. I have some very deep acne scars and wrinkles that I feel only a deep chemical peel will remove. . My doctor said it's not a good idea to have them done at the same time but I have seen photo's here that seem to show people having both procedures done together. Is it possible to have a facelift and deep chemical peel done together? If not, is it better to have the peel before or after the facelift? Thank you

Answer: I frequently perform additional procedures along with a facelift at my practice.
Advan appears to be used for hypergigmentation. If that is your issue it should help. Normally an incision in the submental area heals very well and is not noticeable.Best of LuckDr. J
