You certainly don't need to have surgery. There is on deficiency in the periocular area that would be easily corrected. Fillers the nasolabial fold would probably also make the face look more youthful with better volume distribution.

While skin quality, not age, should be the primary concern
when it comes to having a facelift, 24 is actually quite young for such an
invasive procedure. An in-person consultation is necessary to fully evaluate
your condition and see if you have enough sagging to warrant a facelift, but most
likely, you would benefit more from a combination of facial fillers to restore
volume in a non-invasive manner. I hope this helps.

Thank you for your question.  Based on your picture, I believe you would be an excellent candidate for hyaluronic filler to help with the areas of the face with volume loss.  The region around the eye and midface respond very well to fillers.  Also, filler within the nasolabial folds will also improve volume in the cheeks.  At this point I would not recommend a facelift or surgical procedure.  Be sure to consult with a board certified facial plastic or general plastic surgeon who specializes in facial rejuvenation procedures.  I hope that this helps!-David Gilpin

Based on your picture and a stable thyroid level, it appears that you could benefit from some volume in your cheeks.  This can be accomplished either with fat grafting, Voluma, RADIESSE , SCulptra or cheek implants. Please consult with several board certified facial plastic or plastic surgeons. Good luck. 

At this young age, I would not recommend a facelift, but fillers could give you a nice result by filling in the folds.

Not that age is everything, but at 24 you would be extremely young for a facelift.While it is impossible to give a diagnosis without a consult and exam, it appears from your images that you have significant volume loss, especially for someone in their 20's. Injectable fillers can be a great option for volume loss. They can be done in the office, are reversible and often can be very long lasting. Fillers can revolumize the face leading to tighter skin. In addition, recent studies have shown the re-inflation with fillers has a intrinsic beneficial effect on the skin as well.I would recommend first confirming with your doctor that you are adequately treating your disease and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Then I would recommend consulting with a board certified facial plastic surgeon to see if you are a good candidate for injectable fillers.

The only way a 24-year-old could be a candidate for a facelift is that she had lost over 100 pounds after a gastric procedure or such. Your changes are much, much more subtle. From the limited Foto, it looks like you would do quite well with some filler such as Voluma in the cheek area, and filler such as Juvederm in the nasal folds area. As well, you could consider some judicious Restylane in the tear trough area. If you still are dissatisfied with the effect, you could move up to nonsurgical skin tightening treatments and lasers.
