Does marijuana change the shape of the nose after Rhinoplasty?

Hello, I have had a rhinoplasty done 2 weeks ago. I also had a deviated septum, which was also fixed. Does smoking marijuana only delay the healing process? Does it effect the shape of the nose? I only smoke during events and parties (once or twice a month). What effects would smoking marijuana have on my nose? Would it change the shape? Thank you for your answers. I really appreciate it.
