I had a rhinoplasty done 4 days ago and I threw up from nausea last night. Is this normal? Is this a reaction to the anesthesia?

I'm not taking any pain killers- just Tylenol and I was taking Duricef antibiotic but I stopped after I vomited. Can this also be a combination of anxiety / panic attack?

I suspect that you are fine. Two and a half months after rhinoplasty you would need to really hit your nose hard enough to break it before surgery.
