I had rhinoplasty 2.5 months ago. Today I was taking off a tshirt and the collar was tight got stuck on my forehead.

I pulled it out but felt that my skin moved up. Will this cause a problem?

I suspect that you are fine. Two and a half months after rhinoplasty you would need to really hit your nose hard enough to break it before surgery.

I doubt that 2.5 months after your rhinoplasty that you caused any damage removing your t-shirt.  If concerned, see your surgeon.
