Please take a look at my photo. *** How many vials of sculptra will I require to fill my hip indent? Hate my figure / hip indent. Seeking a more shapely figure. ***Will sculptra do the trick? What's the cost??? Seeking a doctor in Toronto or buffalo new york area

I appreciate your question. Sculptra is a great product to fill in natural contour dents and depressions. It  also gives long term results, but may need some maintenance injections over the years. The advantage really has to do with the non-surgical and non-general anesthesia approach of performing this procedure in the office with a quick recovery and virtually no downtime. I would suggest a formal evaluation, but assume not using any less than 6 vials.Good luck. Yes, sculptra can be used for this. However, this area needs numerous vials of Sculptra over time to build volume, and in some instances the results are subtle and will need to be combined with fat to achieve desired results. I recommend seeing a body shaping expert for a formal evaluation. Best, Dr. Emer.

Thank you for your picture. You have multiple options to soften or remove  hip bulges. If you wish to add volume to the top of the hip bone to add more curvature, then Sculptra or fat grafting or even a combo, are your best options. You will need many Sculptra vials, I would suggest minimum 10 per side and likely 2-3 sessions. Your other options may be to consider doing SculpSure treatment for outer thighs to reduce/soften the bulge on the hips. It is always best to see an expert for in person consultation.
