Can Sculptra be used for extremely bony/pointy elbows?

I have extremely bony elbows and skinny forearms. My upper arm is fuller but elbow down I'm genetically cursed. Can Sculptra be used to help with my bony elbows?

I appreciate your question and yes it can be used on the elbows off label. Sculptra must be diluted to the right dilution to improve outcomes. See an expert. Dr. Aldo

Sculptra can be used incombination with other skin tightening procedures to get inprovement in wrinlkes and tighteing.  We find the eblows do well with ultherapy, thermage and sculptra in combination.  Textural issues can be improved with fraxel and microneedling RF (intensif).  Best, Dr. Emer.
