You are probably thinking of Sculptra Aesthetic — a dermal filler that acts as a collagen stimulator, prompting your body to create more volume and strength in the skin. Sculptra in diluted form can be used to create a subtle Brazilian butt lift or widen your hips. Please note that the changes will be beautiful, but subtle. You’ll probably need 4 to 8 vials, administered as a series. Sculptra lasts 2 to 2 ½ years, but you may want to do a touch up after a year or so to keep the beautiful volume. Now if you want to “go big”, then you will need to consider autologous fat transfer. With this treatment, we take fat from somewhere else like your abdomen, process and condense it, and then inject it into the buttocks, hips or other area.
