I’ve had this puffy nipple problem since I was 13 and I think it’s gyno. I’ve included some pics. I’m wondering at 19 if there is a chance it will go away or will I have to look at surgical options
Answer: Gynecomastia Gynecomastia or enlarged male breasts is a common problem during adolescence that is supposed to resolve on its own by the time a patient becomes an adult. If the problem persists post 18 years of age, then medical assistance may be required to rectify the issue via medication or surgery. The physician will first determine the underlying cause, and if the patient has gynecomastia with breast tissue or pseudo-gynecomastia with just fat and proceed with treatment accordingly.

However, it is not a necessary or dangerous condition and unless it is a bother to your esteem you can certainly consult with a board certified plastic surgeon who specializes in gynaecomastia surgeries.
