Underwent gyno surgery with total gland excision 2 1/2 months ago. My left part is flat with a small cavity at the place of the gland hardly noticeable. Other side has a scar tissue and is far from ideal. How does scar tissue compared to residual gland appear on an ultrasound? How can I tell the difference if my surgeon insist it's scar tissue? If it's scar tissue, should I start with cortisone injections or is it too early? Thanks in advance

Most likely, this is residual swelling after your surgery which could persist (especially if you have stopped wearing your garment for a few months) for 6-12 months following surgery. Also lumps may appear when there is scar tissue under the skin.
Frankly, it doesn't look like you ever had gyno surgery or I wouldn't be seeing the fullness that I see. I would approach your case as if it was never done. This would remove all of the fullness in the various Zones on your chest and make for a masculine, even result.Yes, it's possible to deal...
