7 months ago I had a gynaecomastia surgery. It cured as doctor mentioned but it looks like both sides of my chest are not same one side is bigger than the other. When I hold a skin beside the nipple near to the arm it feel like some lump is inside. When surgery is completed there the chest was totally flat. I feel this variation from the 5th month of surgery. Is this normal?

Scar tissue will have a completely different look to healthy tissues or other glands when viewed with an ultrasound. If indeed these scar tissues are under your skin, then 2-3 months after surgery is a reasonable enough time to consider cortisone injection if the scar tissue is excessive.
Most likely, this is residual swelling after your surgery which could persist (especially if you have stopped wearing your garment for a few months) for 6-12 months following surgery. Also lumps may appear when there is scar tissue under the skin.
