yes fat can improve disproportion when it comes to fat and skin tightening but cannot fix the underlying anatomy (ie the scoliosis asymmetry). post photos and see an expert. Best, Dr. Emer.

It would be hard to answer this question without at least a picture. Also, an exam would be appropriate to distinguish if this bulge one one side is actually subcutaneous fat

I suggest having a few in person consultations with plastic surgeons in your area.If your asymmetry is related to subcutaneous fat then some improvements could be had.
