My insecurities have always been my stomach, the lack of hips, and not having a waist. Based on my body type, what would be recommended to achieve my desired results?

I think we have written to you before, to get closer to your results you needs a tummy tuck, lipo 360, fat grafting and Renuvion. you will get improvement but not perfection. see my link.

You need a formal evaluation by an expert in body shaping and contouring to determine what is best.  Traditional liposuction awake and smart liposuction are old methods and do very poorly for tightening skin or significant skin tightening or contouring.  Small problem areas can be improved slightly by these methods.  The best in body contouring not only removes fat with energy devices like VASER ultrasound but also internally heat the skin with radio-frequency devices such as J PLASMA/RENUVION, InMode BodyTite, ThermiRF to heat the under surface of the skin and tighten it at the same time as fat removal. These combinations are called 4D HIDEF VASER contouring and can only be done by a well . trained body contouring specialist. At the same time fat should be harvested, PRP and stem cells added and injected into muscles or indentations/cellulite to get body shaping and contouring.  This is known as a Brazilian butt lift when you inject the fat to the buttock for contouring and lifting, but fat can also be used in areas such as the chest/breast, arms/shoulders, calves and face.  Cellulite should also be treated with cellfina, sculptra, subcision and/or fillers such as bellafill, renuva synthetic fat, or sculptra.  If skin is very loose before surgery then it will need to be removed such as lower abdominal skin (tummy tuck/abdominoplasty), breast skin (breast lift), arm skin (brachioplasty).  Overall you need a full assessment, but simple liposuction alone will not tighten skin and needs a combination of various methods -- fat removal, skin tightening, defining, fat grafting, skin removal -- to get the best in body contouring and body sculpting.  Dr. Emer.

If you are not planning future pregnancies, I recommend abdominoplasty with mesh reinforcement. The mesh creates a more hourglass figure by compressing the abdominal wall resulting in early satiety and helps maintain a reduced weight. After this, you can consider liposuction with fat transfer to the buttocks.

Like all other 'skin tightening' machines out there, JPlasma will not come close to achieving your goals. All of these machines shrink skin on the order of millimeters. You need many inches of skin tightening, which can only be achieved by removing those inches.

based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a TT. Full tummy tuck should tighten your abdominal muscles and remove the excess skin. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

Thank you for your photos and questions.  It appears you have unwanted fat as well as excess skin.  In your case and with your goal photos in mind a standard tummy tuck with fat transfer to the hips would be recommended.  Liposuction alone would likely leave with you with more hanging skin. Thank you for your question. Unfortunately there is no substitute for a Tummy Tuck. As great as jplasma/renuvion and other energy devices like BodyTite, ThermTight and laser lipo are they don't give you the same result. For optimal results most plastic surgeons use them as an adjunct to power assisted liposuction and or skin removal. If you are planning on having children soon possibly consider holding off on your makeover or modifying your expectations to what can be achieved with energy devices. If you are looking to achieve similar results to your goal photo I would recommend you opt for 360 lipo, a tummy tuck, and BBL. Discuss your options and collaborate with your plastic surgeon to create the best treatment plan for you. Good Luck!

In looking at your photos, you appear to have excess skin in the abdomen. While you can get some skin tightening with certain “gadgets” like I plasma, your best aesthetic result in my opinion would be an abdominoplasty. This not only would remove excess skin and fat but allow for plication of the rectus muscles to give an overall flatter abdomen

I personally purchased the J plasma equipment and found that it had zero impact on skin tightening and have since sold the equipment.
It certainly will not deliver anything that resembles a tummy tuck in regards to skin tightening.

Your plan of Liposuction with a tummy tuck is appropriate.

Your wish pictures are overly optimistic in hip volume.
