I have had a tummy tuck around 3 years ago but since gained 3 stone. I like my weight but just want an hourglass figure. I am 5ft 4 and around 11.5 stone. I know I also need the dog ears removed from my scar. They look pretty bad. I would rather avoid a BBL... could I possibly achieve a hourglass figure through liposuction or even CoolSculpting? Thanks in advance for any comments.

Answer: Liposuction In order to get an “hourglass figure” you will need liposuction of the abdomen and flanks. However, your expectations must be realistic as liposuction is a body contouring operation and not a weight loss operation. Your dog ears could easily be taken care of at the same time.

Answer: Choosing procedure well done Liposuction of your love handles, waist, back and armpits is the ideal complement to a previously done Tummy tuck.It may be challenging to correct your dog year because of your tattoo. Ideally you should’ve had that corrected before you got the tattoo.Aggressive Liposuction can decrease the dog years substantially and this may be sufficient so you can avoid the need for a skin excision.Coolsculpting is laughably bad in comparison to what Liposuction can deliver. You could choose to add fat transfer to bottom if you like but I don’t see a strong need for it.I think well done Liposuction of your torso emphasizing on the backside and waist is the way to go.Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
