What can be done about my obvious double bubble? (Photo)

Nice657378
I had a revision for a bottomed out implant done 6 months ago. The result was a very obvious double bubble and discrepancy between breast tissue and implant. I’m extremely unhappy with the result. My doc is suggesting I do a SECOND revision and stated maybe something could be done in office. Is this something that can be fixed? If so, what are the options?? I am sick and tired of having surgeries.
