Diagnosed with low grade contracture in R breast (330cc silicone under muscle). This breast is high and never settled. Scheduled to have partial Capsulectomy & implant exchange. What are the odds that it will settle this time around. I am afraid it will be the same all over again. Will I wake up to a breast that isn’t as high? Extreme assymetry since it never dropped post 1st surgery. Is it possible that my body won’t let it drop again?

Thank you for your question, unfortunately it is difficult to comment with that pictures, but I said that you likely have to travel to get an experience surgeon to perform the procedure. Please plan on staying locally is 3 to 5 days after the procedure and the remainder of the follow up can be...
The medial dent may be treated by releasing underneath (from the inside) or with a fat transfer. Large breasts commonly fall to the lateral chest wall in the supine position. Suturing of the lateral capsule (from the inside) or using a mesh to bolster the area would help this issue.
Yes lateral displacement can be corrected, but it is addressed surgically. The lateral aspect of the breast pocket will be tightened which will keep the implants more centrally positioned. See a board certified plastic surgeon near you to learn more.
