While releasing part of the capsule may allow the implant to expand into the lower pole of your breast, there is definitely a chance that you will get capsular contracture again. In fact people who have had one episode of capsular contracture are more likely to get a second. More aggressive treatment and treating capsular contracture would it include removing the whole capsule, exchanging the implant location, and Using acellular dermal matrix. I question whether it’s due to capsular contracture at all. Lowering an implant is not uncommon to have done. It should be successful.
