I know that some women have firm breast tissue whilst others have looser and more bumpy tissue. Well, I am the latter and I despise it. If my breasts are perked up, will it make my breasts feel more firm to the touch?

Answer: Firming breasts a lift will help to tighten skin and firm your breast. I agree this is more noticeable in the beginning but will always be more firm than where you are now. As an added bonus a lift will also place your nipples in the correct position and make them a smaller size if they have stretched out over time. Hope that helps

Answer: Breast lift Breast lift itself will not make the breast firmer, but if you combine with the augmentation to give more volume, you will get perkier, and firmer breasts. Often breast lift alone does not provide fullness over the upper portion of the breasts, so addicting a small implant to give fullness over the central and upper portion of the breasts would be beneficial, and also make the breasts perkier and firmer.
