I’ve had rhinoplasty x3 revisions. Overall nose improved but since last revision, there is a persistent shadow on the nasal tip- sometimes it’s so prominent that once someone told me I have dirt on my nose. When I touch it, the cartilage has a sharp step off. The first few months I loved my nose because it was swollen and you couldn’t see this. Issue started after steroid injection. Is this an easy fix that can be done with local? Or is it complex better left alone? Won't go to original doc.
