In a maneuver to make my tip thinner, I suspect my surgeon made some domal sutures. I’m not sure if it was the case, he just told me he projected it by 1mm longer. It gave my tip a triangular shape that I don’t like, I think it was more natural before. Not sure if he removed cartilage but I don’t think so because he uses a preserving technique. If this change was made by sutures through the dome and lateral cartilages, can it be undone? Can the domes be released from the sutures and scar tissue?
