Post rhinoplasty, my crooked/twisted nasal tip was not corrected. My doctor said he used extension grafts. If I were to get a revision, what is the best possible method to deal with difficult cases? If the caudal septum was excised and replaced with straight rib cartilage, is adequate tip support still possible after being disconnected from the dorsal septum? I'm just trying to visualize this.
