I have been taping my nose myself after my revision rhinoplasty and it is just over a month and my nose looks huge, and bumpy and the tip looks awful. I have been looking at pictures of my nose from the end of October and it looked amazing then but now it seems to have changed I hate how it looks. Did I ruin my nose job by taping and removing the tape incorrectly?

Yes adequate tip support is still possible during your revision case. In my practice I typically use rib cartilage for revision cases. This can be anchored to your remaining septum to provide tip support.
