Can I elongate in this fashion? (Photo)

I want to cancel the straightness and restore some of my natural contour and ethnicity look. I dont think im far off from that. Can the tip be elongated like this ? Along with the nostril projection to make the top of the nostrils be more projected and have a convex outward strong bridge and not a straight weak one. I want a strong graft. They did use a small graft last time but its not that strong looking. I prefer a pointier stronger nose

This is a straightforward procedure, in which a strip of septal cartilage is placed along the rim. In your case, I would also recommend a mucosal graft to ensure the retraction is fully corrected.

Hi, It is better for you to consult with your facial plastic surgeon who can examine you and give you opinion based on examination. Tape help to reduce swelling, but usually won't change nasal shape.
