Tightness Above my Belly Button?

After my tt on Oct 1,2013, I was feeling good. After the first full week. I started feeling a tightness just above my belly button, in my mid-section. Makes me feel like I can not stand up straight. If I stand for any length of time, my back starts to hurt?
