Lewis Ladocsi, MD, FACS

I had a great experience with Dr. Ladocsi. I had 2 consultations with him before deciding to move forward with the procedure - he was patient and didn’t pressure me to make a decisions. When I decided to move ahead, he and his staff made sure I understood everything about the procedure. My results exceeded my expectations. The office checked on me and answered all of my questions post-op. I haven’t had any issues, but know the team is there to help if I need them. I would highly recommend Dr. Ladocsi and his team.

I had been researching having a tummy tuck with muscle repair for about five years. I've had excess skin since I had my son in 1993 and no amount of exercise would help and aging didn't help either. I came across Dr. Ladocsi's name in a Facebook group and he came highly recommended. I did have a couple other consultations before going to Dr. Ladocsi but he made me feel comfortable from the start. I had my consultation on May 28, 2021. He answered all my questions and was honest with what my overall results would be. The office Manager Angela in the Midlothian office also made me feel more at ease about making my decision for this surgery. I immediately chose to seal the deal and scheduled my surgery for December 2, 2021 when I would be on vacation. Prior to the day of my surgery, his office made sure that I had everything needed to make my surgery successful from my pain meds, binder information, scar treatment and instructions on how to take care of myself after surgery. On the day of my surgery, I arrived as soon as the facility was open. It was so clean and all the staff made sure that I was very comfortable. I was a little nervous but excited at the same time. The surgery went VERY well and I was back at home by 2 p.m. I did have some minor issues that evening as a result of the pain meds but I was fine by the next day. Dr. Ladosci and his office staff were readily available by phone when my family called for guidance. They truly cared. My recovery was a little rough the first couple of days but that was to be expected and was explained to me by the staff. I did suffer a seroma as well but Dr. Ladocsi was able to clear it up in no time with meds. His nurse, Allison ,was always a joy to see when I had my follow-up appointments. She helped me with all my questions and recovery needs. I'm now six months into my recovery and my results are AMAZING. Just about all my swelling is gone and my core has never felt tighter. And my scar is coming along very well. I'm so glad that I took this journey with Dr. Ladosci!

Ever since I was about 18 I’ve always wanted bigger breast. Even after having 3 children in my 20’s my breast never stayed bigger. In fact pregnancy took all the volume that I did have. Fast forward to July 2021…. I contacted Dr. Ladocsi’s office and scheduled a consultation. My consultation went extremely well and I booked my surgery date the next day after sleeping on my decision. September 1 2021 I finally got my dream boobs !! He and his staff were so helpful and so friendly. Dr. Ladocsi assured me that everything would be fine and that he was pretty sure he could produce the work I longed for. He sooooo delivered on his part. My recovery was a breeze (is a breeze, I’m about 4 weeks post op) and my breast look amazing!! I had a donut lift with augmentation. We originally planned for the wise pattern with a 400 cc gel implant. I really didn’t want all the scarring on my breast if I could avoid it and he agreed with me as well. On surgery we planned for a lollipop lift with a 415cc gel implant (under the muscle). To my surprise he only ended up needing to do the donut lift with my augmentation. That was the best surprise a doctor could give patient, no additional scarring!! I’m in love with my results and I’m so happy that I chose Dr. Ladocsi and his staff for my transformation. Then the surgery it self. I been looking around and looked over 6 place for this surgery, till I met doctor Lewis T ladocsi. Any thing I need to know about that doctor.
Is he a good doctor?
Can he be trusted within his work?
Does he deliver good and safe results?

Dr. Ladocsi was great! He made me feel completely comfortable with him through the entire process!! He even called me at home the evening after the surgery to check on me! He listened to my concerns and delivered the promised product!!! I would and have recommended him to anyone who asks!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had 2 c-sections ages ago. Had the ultimate fupa that needed to disappear! It was in the way and was keeping me from normal activities. I couldnt wear dresses as I looked preggers, I couldnt stretch properly, as it was about as effective as strapping on a basketball first. And i was self conscious!

I was soooooo tired of my shape being disproportinate, with the fupa preventing me from feeling normal.
I was self conscious. I couldn't wear what I wanted. I always had to cover the fupa. Had to wear sweaters to hide my shape. No matter losing 30 lbs, the fupa was still there, like an albatross around my middle, it was my scarlet letter on my midsection! F for fupa, F for fat.
I hated going to parties and eating hors d'oeuvres, because I felt like everyone was staring at me and the fupa!
I remembered seeing a couple in their 50s at a waterpark, and the wife asking the husband to fix her shoe, because she couldn't. I didn't want to be them!
After many diets, personal trainers, sit ups, cross training, yoyo weight, I felt it was pointless! The trainer said, you can't spot lose weight!
No the rest of me was not perfect. However, the rest of me wasnt requiring extra clothes to cover it up, or costing me extra money to hide it, preventing me from doing things, making me self conscious!
This fupa had to go! I was no longer willing to carry this 15 year old hate relationship with me for the rest of my life!
So after years of wishing and debate, I begged to have this removed when I had my hysterectomy!
Wow!
I am still swollen, but Wow! I am soooooo happy to have that "thing" removed!!!!!! I cant wait for the final results, because the initial results are truly life changing!

My breast size had always bothered me from a young age. After having kids I needed a "pick me up" just to boost my overall confidence. I chose Dr. Ladocsi after my consultation as he was professional but approachable at the same time. He is very "down to earth" with a wife and kids around the same age as mine (9 and 7).

In January 2014, at the age of 72, I had a bilateral mastectomy due to cancer. My first visit to Dr. Ladocsi was filled with anxiety and uncertainty about the procedure and outcome. On my first visit to Dr. Ladocsi I knew my surgeon had referred me to the right doctor because of his caring concerned attitude. He took a lot of time in listening to my concerns and answering all my questions plus explaining step by step the procedures involved in reconstructive breast surgery. He and his team made me feel confident and relieved to know I could and would resume my active life style. It's been six months since my mastectomy and I am now wearing a regular bra with confidence. I cannot express how grateful I am my surgeon recommended Dr. Ladocsi. From the onset, he has been the most professional, competent, compassionate doctor I have encountered. Through his skill and care, he made a bad situation much better. I would not hesitate to recommend him to my family and friends.

Since I was about 12 years old I've been asking my parents for a breast reduction. However, as a parent, that request to sign off on changing their child's body at such a young age is a rather big request that my mother didn't want to be responsible for saying yes. I couldn't be more thankful because the surgery happened when it needed to happen. Growing up with larger breast was physically painful, embarrassing and a lot of pressure but you smile and stand confidently. I never let them stop me from doing what I wanted to do. Anyway, I didn't consider a reduction for 11 years until I went to see a doctor, in June 2013, about regular headaches. He asked if I had tension in my upper and lower neck that spread down my shoulders to my middle back. Since this is a pain I've lived with my whole life, day in and day out, I didn't think much of it but he referred to the size of my breast and asked if I have ever considered a reduction. I giggled and realized he was dead serious, I straightened up and said, not since I was about or 13 years old. He recommended I see a physical therapist to work on the chronic tension in my back and if that didn't help then to talk about options with a surgeon. I want to make clear, my doctor said he couldn't say the headaches were caused from the tension that my breasts were causing but there might be a chance. The physical therapist was not only in shock about the amount of tension I held in my back but was more than understanding. His family member had the same issue and visited Dr. Ladocsi. He recommended I set up a consultation with him to merely discuss my options and I figured, why not? Dr. Ladocsi was amazing from the start. He was calm, understanding and reassuring about every question, comment and concern I had. The best part, Dr. Ladocsi never pressured me to make a decision. I'd be happy to speak with anyone who is unbearably large breasted and contemplating this surgery.
