You had a bit too much filler placed in your lateral vermilion border. A small amount of hyaluronidase injected there should bring that fullness down.
It appears that the outline is a accentuated vermillion border ( demarcation between lip and adjacent skin). I always ask patients prior to filler placement to describe their desired result and even provide similar photos of lips they desire. Some patients like that vermillion accentuation as a lip liner enhancement. Each patients preference is different. If filler was place within 48 hours, manipulation/ massage may be able to reduce that effect. If not, hyaluronidase will be able to dissolve the filler.
