Can I get thigh lift after liposuction?

During a thigh lift, excess inner thigh skin is removed; this can either be done through a crescent incision or an incision from the groin to the knee. The crescent incision is also called a mini thigh lift. The incision from the groin to the knee is also called a full thigh lift, thigh reduction, or thigh plasty. It seems like you have extensive skin laxity which can be treated with a thigh lift.

If the area of concern is in the inner thigh region then you may benefit either from a short or a long scar medial thigh lifts.

However if the front, side and back of the thighs are of concern as well then you may also require a circumferential body lift in conjunction .

It sounds like a medial thigh lift is your only option.  The fact that your skin wasn't great to begin with and a large volume of fat was removed, means that loose sagging skin was probably the expected result.  Possibility of needing a thigh lift afterwards should have been discussed.
